larva (pupa?) in webbing - Hypera

larva (pupa?) in webbing - Hypera
Donalds, Abbeville County, South Carolina, USA
June 16, 2013
found under a log. forgot to measure it but I think the whole enclosure wasn't much more than 5mm long. a looser web enclosed the tighter one which held the larva/pupa. could this be a beetle?
