This spider is living in my basement right next to a hole that leads to the outside. I'm almost 100% positive that she's a S. grossa. This is from your site as well as a local guy who has his own site and his info was from the University of WA (I forgot to look up the Arachnologist's name, so will edit when I get a chance to look it up).
