Heliodinidae on Miner's Candle - Neoheliodines nyctaginella

Heliodinidae on Miner's Candle - Neoheliodines nyctaginella
6 miles NW Lyons, CO, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
June 21, 2013
Size: < 3.5 mm total length
This tiny Heliodinid is on Miner's Candle (Cryptantha virgata -- Boraginaceae). It is very similar to one I saw on a 4 O'Clock (#745847) exactly 4 years ago to the day. This is a slightly better photo and seems to show the black edging on the posterior margin of the forewing from wing base to the first dorsal metallic spot, which in our area could indicate Neoheliodines nyctaginella. It also has a black "V" edging the base of the thorax. Any help is appreciated.

This one...
Yes!

Not sure
Black along costa does not extend past C2 in nyctaginella. The above and in the linked image, it extends to C4. Also, C6 appears to be absent.

Edit - just saw Lynn's pics with mating pair and am even more puzzled.
