Likely correct
I agree with John. There is only one other species which it could be: A. conicus. This species has a largely yellow clypeus (unfortunately not visible here! black in guignardi), is rarer and seems to have a more northern distribution. Therefore likely A. guignardi.

Alysson, very likely A. guignardi Prov.
I'm not 100% certain of this species, but it looks exactly right for guignardi, even with respect to details such as yellow on dorum of scape and lower inner eye margins, and doesn't match any other AMNH Alysson species

Mystery Sphecid Wasp
Just like the reddish Ichneumon, this small digger Wasp is difficult to assign even to a subfamily. Habitus remains of genera like Alysson, but as it hunts for leafhoppers, that doesn't match.

That doesn't match VERY WELL. Now, it is not impossible that some North-American Alysson hunt for leafhoppers. Further investigation is needed.

True.
I do believe that some Alysson species in North America do prey on leafhoppers. It is certainly something in that tribe.
