Stacked leaf fragments: Coleophora? - Coleophora kearfottella

Size: 6mm high
Found on the underside of a willow sapling leaf. The seems to comprise dried fragments of leaves. A brown dot on the upper surface of the leaf may be the surface manifestation of feeding. Is this a coleophorid?

According to the original description, the case is made of bud scales, and that seems to be the case here.
