Moved
Moved from Potter and Mason Wasps. Tentatively placed in Leptochilus.

Tough one
An interesting wasp - not certain about the genus.

That spot is in a very remote part of Orange County.
I hope to go there more often and find some unique insects by getting off the beaten path. Bees and wasps are a priority, though I see far more of the former than the latter right now.

Moved from ID Request.

Eumeninae
Potter or Mason wasp.
