Sure
Matt Wallace is one of the experts on treehoppers, at least for the eastern U.S. He is currently working on a field guide for treehoppers of the eastern U.S. Dr. Hamilton gave me his contact, and Matt is a colleague of Mark Rothschild, another expert.
