Microcylloepus
In a large survey by BIO-WEST in 2008, the only Elmidae found in the Muddy River and its tributaries were M. moapus, Stenelmis moapa, and Heterelmis glabra.

This species was identified in a survey done in 2008 in the same area.

I was thinking along the same lines. I need to review the literature for those springs to see if that's the only species found there.
