possibly tibicen marginalis (
possibly tibicen marginalis (walkers cicada)

Marginalis name change.
I'm pretty sure that the "Walker's Cicada" has been recently changed to Tibicen pronotalis...(Which apparently had changed from T. walkeri).

Tibicen
It seems very Tibicen but the coloration is just so unique. Partially because it is a fresh teneral which eclosed as well as for the fact that it has VERY stark green eyes. I have never seen this bright of green in the eyes within this genus before, usually they are grey, black, or at least, a dark rusty brown/red. Very nice find!
