Unknown from a benthic sample - Fannia

I found this in a benthic macroinvertebrate sample from a small stream. It has no legs at all, and no wing pads that I can see.

Probably that one
It could be Fannia brevipalpis. It would have been washed into the stream along with a leaf it was grazing on.
