Any ID for this click beetle? Thanks.

Moved Tentatively, neat find man!
Moved from Beetles.

This isn't a click beetle. I need to snoop around more. It could be a eucnemid but the pronotum doesn't look right. I'm thinking it's in Tenebrionoidea (or, less likely Bostrichoidea) but the neo-lateral angle is throwing me off.

I do believe you're correct.
I do believe you're correct. My mistake. I checked and I don't really have a better angle, other than recalling that the head seemed to be curved inwards, if that helps.

Melandryidae?
reminds me of some of those genera

that's where I was snopping
but couldn't place it. Pretty sure now it's not a eucnemid.

be careful with that snopping...
i'm not sure what exactly that entails, but it sounds dangerous

snop making fun of my typos :)
