I always see these around firebrush, I am almost sure its a sweet bee, but what species?

As always it was you who brought me to this wonderful site, I used to only post on Fred Miranda and DPreview.. now I really don't post over there much more, I have left the artistic part of macro for a little while to learn more about the insects themselves, I will get back to the artistic part later! LOL
