Can this be identified to species level?

teneral Erythroneurini
The dark wing markings are characteristic of Erythroneurini, but the critical wing venation cannot be distinguished from this photo.

Great to hear from you Dr. Hamilton! Thanks for the info. Next time I see a teneral like this, I'll try to get a clearer pic.
