Cossidae: Prionoxystus robiniae - Prionoxystus robiniae

Size: Length ~ 4-5 mm
The eggs finally hatched and the larvae--five of them--emerged on 05 July 2013. Larvae were quite active, and so I was disappointed to not obtain a better photo. Anyway, the one quasi-good image I did get is filed here. Larvae and eggs were released in the yard.
