Halictid Bee ("Sweat Bee")
Order Hymenoptera, family Halictidae; looks like Agapostemnon splendens.

Agapostemon (note spelling) looks good.
Species doubtful. I'll wait to see who else weighs in before moving. Thanks for your comment, Patrick.
