Are the antennae red? It hard to tell from this shot. Can you please try to get a close-up of the head and legs?
This is most likely a female Myzinum quinquecinctum. The ridges on the propodeum, rules out M carolinianum and the uniform coloring of the wings, rules out M. maculatum.
