Dun Skipper
Eastern subspecies of Dun often show a similar spotband on HW which is diffuse. http://butterfliesofamerica.com/imagehtmls/Hesperiinae/Euphyes_vestris_metacomet_F_USA_PA_Tioga_Co_Arnot_ex_F_11-VII-87_emgd_26-IX-87_MGCL_3_i.htm. In addition the bright gold head is a Dun characteristic.

Northern broken dash
This looks more like a northern broken dash. A dun skipper has a faint, if any HW postmedian band. The hindwing band on this one is
more than faint.
