Tenthredinidae, Allantinae
Monostegia abdominalis (Fabricius). The host helps. This is the only sawfly known on Lysimachia, and the larva looks right for M. abdominalis when comparing with specimens.

Neat

Tenthredinidae
Its a sawfly but can't place it to genus. None have been recorded as feeding on primrose.

host id update
I found it was adjacent to the Primrose. It/they are all over the Lysimachia vulgaris (Yellow Loosestrife.)
