Lassen Co. CA Castianeira
By range it should be C. thalia or C. occidens. C. thalia has a form (recorded from Piercy, CA) which has wide orange band covering the fundamental black and white hair pattern. Reiskind says this may be an aberrant color form or may be part of a polymorphic complex like the three forms of E. ovata. Since C. occidens is supposed to have a white mark on the carapace I think our best guess is C. thalia.
C. longipalpa might have extended range that far, but I don't think it looks like that species.
Also, I can't tell if your spider is mature, so there is always the possibility that it's a juvenile and the markings will change.

What a beauty. I'll read through the PDF and see what I can figure out.
