Nothing to correct.
It would be nice if all the authors agreed though. Treatments vary from everything in the
anicia/chalcedona
group being lumped as one species, to being split as several.

This is a
Euphydryas
checkerspot. As BugGuide currently defines it, I believe it's a Chalcedon Checkerspot (
E
.
chalcedona
) of the subspecies
wallacensis
. Some authorities split this taxon and some other subspecies and call them the Snowberry Checkerspot (
E
.
colon
). Hopefully, David Ferguson will see this and correct me if I'm wrong!
