Wolf Spider (Lycosidae)

I can't tell which genus with the babies on board.

This spider appears to be in
This spider appears to be in the genus Hogna, perhaps Hogna aspersa.
This spider is not considered dangerous to humans.

Tigrosa aspersa
The carapace stripe on Hogna species have a different look to them. Hogna aspersa was moved to the new genus Tigrosa and is now Tigrosa aspersa, the carapace stripe on them is shorter and narrow. I would suggest Pardosa, but can't be sure from this image.

Pardosa
I would guess Pardosa as well.
