Size: approx 1.5cm
This termite is being eaten by an unusual Orb Weaver that I will post later.
This is being posted because there are no postings for WA.

My identification is based on the fact that we only have 2 termites in Western Washington (according to Plants & Animals of the Pacific NW (1) and the one that flies in autumn is the Dampwood Termite.
