I believe this is a Eastern Daddy-long-legs, but am not certain.

You must be using the National Audubon Society's field guide for insects & spiders of North America. I'm afraid it's completely wrong. There is no such thing as an "eastern daddy-longlegs".

It could be one of several genera (or even a juvenile of more than one family); it's hard to say without a more detailed macro shot.
