Two different cynipid wasp galls. The smooth, spotted gall is caused by Zopheroteras guttatum. The fuzzy ones are likely a Callirhytis species. Midge galls caused by Macrodiplosis would be more elongate and would have a slot along the vein opening to the upper side of the leaf, rather than being round and more or less detachable like these. Macrodiplosis sp on Oak
The red fuzzy gall, looks like a Macrodiplosis sp gall (DIptera: Cecidomyiidae) on Oak.
The smooth speckled gall(?) never saw before.
