Elachistidae: Bibarrambla alenella

Elachistidae: Bibarrambla alenella
Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, USA
July 8, 2013
Size: Length ~ 1.3 cm
This specimen may be an example of the Bog Bibarrambla (0911).

Moved
Moved from Bog Bibarrambla.

Tortricine
This definitely is a good impersonation of Bibarrambla, but it must be a tortricine, with the knobby third segment of the labial palp, and the costal margin of the forewing hinting at the "bell" outline of the tortricid.
