Just looks like it is
getting ready to molt. Seems pretty normal, no? Or are you thinking it is getting stuck in the old capsule.

 
Actually I wasn't sure.
But now I am. It was a normal molt. It is fresh this morning.
I'd not seen this before and wasn't entirely convinced that I hadn't done something disruptive while sweeping.
