Is this the 'Pine Sawyer' longhorn beetle? If not, would anyone have a correct ID for it? Thanks.

I don't think so.
It does look quite a bit like one, but it appears to lack lateral spikes on the pronotum and it has spiny rather than smooth antennae. Looks more like Enaphalodes to me. Could this beetle have had more red in it than your photo reveals?

or even Parelaphidion?
Looks kind of like P. aspersum in Yanega. But I also can't tell if there's any spines on the elytra tips.
