Swept from low white composite flowers. One of the most striking spiders in my area, I propose the common name "candy cane crab spider" for this species! :) This spider has the legs strongly marked, which is not always the case. As far as I know, the prominent abdominal markings on this species are distinctive, at least in my area, although I don't know if that has been proven yet...
