Warty Leaf Beetle -
Neochlamisus platani

Is this a case bearing beetle? Does it have fungus on it or is it just fuzzy?
I'd like an ID, please.

There are sycamores in the area.
I found it on an outside wall of a building near a creek in a wooded area in our small nature park. Interesting link!
