I hold just two specimens of
Tetraleucus picticornis
, both from WI. I suspect the species is relatively uncommon in its range. The diagnostic combination of Agonum-like body and unique pale coloration of the antennae ought to be apparent in any habitus photograph (in retrospect). I will add this record to the ongoing registry-forum for tracking
new carabid records
. Keep hauling them in!

"Yes. The only other species with similarly colored antennae is
Agonum albicrus
. The record is beyond the west margin of specimens I saw, but I recorded state records from Minnesota and Iowa, so OK seems fine on that count. That's a nice record."
