Box-Death Hollow Wilderness, Dixie National Forest, Utah, USA
July 13, 2013
Size: ~ 9 mm
This small buprestid was perched on a rock in mid-afternoon in a pine/fir forest. It looks a bit Chrysobothris-like, but I'm really not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps
Phaenops? There are a couple species here in California with similar markings. I'm not sure which species you might have in Utah.
