Perhaps one of: Scaeva pyr
Perhaps one of:

Scaeva pyrastri
Lapposyrphus
Sericomya

I'm having trouble telling whether the eye and/or arista are haired.

(it could be something else too, but those are my best guesses)

Okay, an update to my earlier
Okay, an update to my earlier commentary now that I'm a bit more used to syrphids :^)

We can rule out Sericomya - the arista isn't haired.
Two last options I didn't mention:

Dasysyrphus
Eupeodes volucris

Eye appears to be hairless, which rules out Scaeva pyrastri unless I'm not seeing hairs that are there.

So Lapposyrphus or Eupeodes. But R4+5 bends up, which doesn't look like Eupeodes. The same is true of Dasysyrphus - a straight R4+5.

So I'd have to say Lapposyrphus, though the bands feel a bit too narrow for me for Lapposyrphus. It's possible the eye is actually haired and this is Scaeva instead.
