Teloleuca was my first thought, too
But I don't think the color pattern matches either Teloleuca species. For one thing, there doesn't seem to be a white spot on the clavus. I think a better match would be Micracanthia. This color pattern is close to either M. fennica, which has been found in Colorado, or M. bergrothi, which if I remember correctly has been recorded from Wyoming, but not Colorado.

ETA: I should add that, as Tim pointed out, it's really tough to ID saldids, particularly from photos, because the characters are very subtle. There's really no substitute for examination under a microscope.

thinking Teloleuca for this one but the key characters are hardly visible here.
