Yes, R. lophanthae
The two lengths of setae and non-pubescent eyes are diagnostic for the genus, and the red pronotum and reddish-metallic sheen over the elytra indicate R. lophanthae.
The non-pubescent eyes are shown very well here, despite the slight blurriness of the rest of the photo. Definitely worthy of inclusion in BG for that feature.
