Probably right
I've been saving all the hoppers for Don Chandler, so he should be able to get a positive ID on this and a bunch of others.

Cool
Tom,
I've been looking for someone to ID leafhoppers. Andy doesn't want to and Dietrich does have the time. I thought Don was just a beetle specialist.

Pselapnines are Don's specialty
But he does do projects once in a while with other insects. A few years ago Don worked on Plecoptera, Trichoptera and Ephemeroptera, with the emphasis on the aquatic larvae. Lately he's been collecting leafhoppers, building up the UNH collection with specimens from NH and the bordering New England states.
Maybe there's an entomologist from a nearby university that would like to help?
