Moved from Moths. Thanks!

10930 - Eurois astricta
Identified by Don Lafontaine (Canadian National Collection) to whom I sent the photograph. This form is known from the panhandle of Alaska and adjacent British Columbia and was described by Barnes and Benjamin (1926) as Caradrina astricta elenae. Lafontaine, in his 1998 MONA fascile 27.3, does not retain subspecies status for this geographical variation.
