Behrensia bicolor

Behrensia bicolor
In Westwood - elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA
April 27, 2012
Size: Forewing length 13mm
Possible new species for BugGuide!
Pretty sure this is species Behrensia bicolor, one of two Behrensia species; (the other being Behrensia conchiformis - see here: (1))

This moth does not have the "distinctive metallic green scales" mentioned at the species page for B. conchiformis at the Pacific Northwest Moths website.

For Behrensia bicolor please see species page at MPG

My thanks for confirmation or otherwise!
