Genus Mallophora- is this Mallophora orcina - Mallophora orcina - Male

I feel confident this is Mallophora orcina after having on, 9/20/2012 PHD Student Tristan McKnight correct my submission, # 706922 with this informative critique : "This is actually Mallophora bomboides, not M. orcina. M. bomboides has tergites 1-3 yellow, T4-5 black, and then T6-8 yellow again. M. orcina has T1-4/5 yellow and T5-8 black.

Thanks Tristan! I believe, with your guidance, this is "Mallophora orcina"
