Andy Hamilton comments, "You may be right in your identification (it keys to that species) but the pattern on the scutellum is heavier than shown in the revision. It would not surprise me to find that species in AZ as it is recorded from neighboring states.

"The bottom line, alas, remains the same: if you did not actually keep the specimen, one cannot be sure of the identification."
