Allograpta obliqua
The face colour and facial stripe colour are unsafe ( Vockeroth ).
The facial stripe on A. exotica appears to be a complete coal black and this is less than that. Compare stripe with the coal black of frons, (zoomed image).
However,( zoomed image ) the katepisternum is white-yellow (see side view) and there is a narrowing stripe, wider at sides and narrowing toward middle at base of tergite 2. The stripes are separated at the middle........Allograpta obliqua.

Yes, this looks like a freshly "hatched" Allograpta. The colors are still very faint.
