Not so sure
I don't know what this is but I don't think it is Halysidota tessellaris.

 
The face is right
The 'neck' is right. The plumes are right. The tufts are right. We just don't see what else it could be. But as always admit that we easily could be in error

You're probably not in error. I'm thinking I got it wrong now that I'm looking at it more carefully. It's throwing me that the tufts are so pushed together like something in Euchaetes. Maybe it just shed it's old skin.

Freshly moulted based on
this image. But freshly moulted what? We would guess Halysidota tessellaris.
