Trichadenotecnum majus
The six dark gray dots that form a backwards C in the last quarter of the wing, along with the absence of fine black dots all over the wings suggests that this is a female Trichadenotecnum majus; Family Psocidae. I recently have had a lot of luck finding these on Sugar Maples. The "six dots" seem to be distinctive of most species in this genus (at least in the Northeast).
