Neat one. I wonder if this might be Lauricius hooki. Only member of the genus in that region according to NMSU.

Can you...
...give a rough estimation as to the actual size? As in the legspan/body length instead of just saying "huge?"

 
they're about...
2-2.5" in legspan, but they're thickly built with a large body over 20mm at times when gravid, simply not leggy.

Largest ive seen had a body the size of a quarter and it wasnt even gravid.
