Unknown Fly - Chalcosyrphus piger - Female

Size: medium to large for a fly
Fly was feeding on yarrow. It appears to be mimicking a sawfly (?) I submitted recently. See item # 812211. I am very curious what type of fly this is.

Syrphidae -
Looks like Chalcosyrphus piger to me.
