Well, this picture is really tiny when I copied it to study it. So I will just have to go with my gut feeling. I think looks like the best possibility, although Bob's suggestion is also a possibility.

Thin-lined Chlorochlamys?
It looks similar to Chlorochlamys phyllinaria (7074), but that's just a guess.
