Hey Tom,
I recently photographed a very similar-looking Limoniid Crane Fly which Chen Young identified as Limonia annulata; it looks very much like yours!

Stephen got it right
it is a Limonia annulata. Stephen's image was a newly emerged teneral female, yours is a mature one. - Chen
