New insect - not even sure of type - looks sort of like a moth but not entirely, translucent wings - Chauliodes pectinicornis

Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, Canada

Size: over 2" long
Attracted to porch light. At first I thought it was a moth but the wings seem too translucent and the body shape is wrong. Thought about dragonflies and damsel flies and such...still not sure! Not even sure if it's an adult!

Thank you!
How exciting - an entirely new type of insect for me! I'll be looking out for more of these. I have a stream on my farm so maybe there will be more aquatic-type insects in future.
