Hemlock Woolly Adelgid - Adelges tsugae - Adelges tsugae

I suspect that this is a new species for BugGuide...I have identified this insect using the book Garden Insects of North America (1), page 314. They have been living on my Western Hemlock since we moved in here in 1979. The winged form has been flying for the last few days. (If I can get a shot of one, I'll post it, also).
