Unknown fly...? - Ptecticus trivittatus

Found on decomposing food scraps...mainly fruit...in a yardwaste pile. Two others which appeared to be same species were also present...let me know what ya think. Thanks.

the habitat is adequately described in the Remarks; suggest deleting habitat data from the City field where it doesn't belong anyway
