This one!
Huachuca Mountains is one of the point where A.mimetica was recorded.
It is a nymph 5th instar.
I am tempt to say: A.arguta nymph 5th instar based on [Cite: 1614222] (see descripion on pag.456 anf fig on pag.457)
(A.arguta not A.cindeliodes, "all the previous records of A.cicindeloides from the United States ... must refer to A.arguta - see (1))
But I don't know nothing about nymph A.mimetica 5th instar, so ...
For adult: Differential diagnosis from (1): quote: 'Arhaphe mimetica is characteristic by its small and glabrous body ... but remaining Arhaphe species living in the USA are distinctly pilose and larger ...'
